Definition
When you choose the contribution base indicator D "Direct entry in T7CN20", this field is for you to input employers' actual contribution amount.
When you select the other contribution base indicator C, L, M, N, S, T or U, this field is for you to enter a fixed amount which is the Constant in the formula for contribution amount calculation: Contribution amount = Contribution base * Contribution rate + Constant The fixed amount (Constant) is defined differently by various local governments.
