Use
The system uses this rate to calculate the employee contribution. Based on the setting that you make in the Contribution Payment Settings group box in the Supplementary Insurance (3532) infotype, the employee or employer can make the employee contribution.
To calculate the amount, the system multiplies the contribution base by the contribution rate and adds the contribution constant to the result.
Dependencies
You define the contribution rate in the Customizing activity Define Contribution Base, Rate, or Constant.
If you select a contribution payment setting other than No Contribution, the rate appears in the Supplementary Insurance (3532) infotype.
