Definition

Specifies the wage type in which the system stores the actual amount of employee contribution for a specific type of supplementary insurance.

Use

The system uses this wage type to store the contribution amount that an employee actually pays into a specific type of supplementary insurance.

This amount may differ from the calculated amount, for example, if you have specified in the in the Supplementary Insurance (3532) infotype that the employee pays both employee and employer contributions. In that case, this wage type stores the total amount of employee and employer contributions, whereas the wage type for calculated employee contribution stores only the employee contribution amount that the system calculates during the payroll run.
