Documentation
Definition
Annual high limit on employee contribution bases
Use
It specifies the high limitation amount on the cumulated employee's contribution bases in a year. If the annual cumulated contribution bases for an employee exceeds the annual high limit, then the current contribution base will be recaculated with the annual high limit.
A year here indicates a SI year which depends on the switch period each year. If a switch period is 4 in year 2009, so the SI year is the period 2009/04 - 2010/03.
Dependencies
Example
For a SI year 2009/04 - 2010/03, now the current period is 2010/01 and the annual high limit is 103,125.
the monthly contribution base is 10,869 (3,623*3)
So current annual contribution base including the period 2010/01 is 10869 * 10 = 108,690 and this amount already exceeds the annual high limit. Then contribution base in the period 2010/01 will be replaced with the following amount.
10,869 - ( 108,690 - 103,125 ) = 5,304
Because the actual annual contribution base in period 2010/01 has reached the defined annual high limit and the the contribution base in period 2010/02, 2010/03 will be zero.
