Definition
It indicates whether the contributions for Public Housing Fund or social insurance will be paid or not with different account's status. For example, for a new hired employee with the account's change reason "Transfer in" , his or her contribution for PHF or SI will be paid. But for an employee who leaves the company with the account's change reason "Transfer out", his or her contribution for PHF or SI will terminate.
