There are two kinds of identity card number, 15-bit and 18-bit.

Procedure
The first four parts of the field are:
- area code
- birthday
- YYMMDD for 15-bit
- YYYYMMDD for 18-bit
- serial number
- parity verification number
Examples
For 15-bit identity card mumber, you enter the first three parts and mark the last check box. For 18-bit identity card number, you enter all the first four parts and leave the last check box blank.
