Definition

Select insuff amt cov by er when the employer must fulfill the requirements for the SIP Provident Fund of the Suzhou Industrial Park. According to these requirements, when the employee's contribution base is lower than the employee's base low limit, the employer is required to cover the difference. The amount to be paid by the employer equals the base difference multiplied by the employee contribution rate.

For example, if the employee's contribution base is CNY 400 , the employee's base low limit is CNY 550, and the employee contribution rate is 6%, the employer should pay the difference, which equals CNY 9.

9= (550-400)*6%
