Definition
The SI declaration of the 4th quarter contains the start of the holiday period of the next year for the workforce. This date should be specified here.
If not all the workers take there holidays not at the same time, the date specifying the first leaves should be specified.
For all other than the 4th quarter, this field is left empty.
