Use

Procedure

Fill in with one of the following options:

1. If regarding collection of the Import Tax and Output Tax Restricted to Import, enter the code of the Federal Revenue Department Office Unit responsible by the customs clearance.
2. If regarding the Rural Territorial Tax (RTT) dated later than 1997 (inclusive), set the rural real estate number in the Federal Revenue.
3. If regarding the RTT dated sooner than 1996 (inclusive), set the posting number.
4. If regarding the Lending Operation Tax - Gold, set the municipality of manufacture.
5. If regarding debit registered in the Union Active Debt, set the corresponding registration number.
6. If the payment derives from a collecting tax process of debit parcelling, set the process number.
7. If regarding the Telecommunication Control Fund (TCF) rate, set the registration number in the Telecommunication National Department.
8. If regarding income from the Union Patrimony Service, set the real estate registration number.
