Documentation
Definition
Used to calculate the payment of some severance pay classes.
This percentage can only be applied to the "amount" field and to the payments of severance pay that are not expressed in "units", such as leave days, notice period, etc.
The valuation basis can be changed in the IMG step Payroll -> Termination -> Severance pay -> Definition of rules for calculation of severance pay -> Define valuation and calculation rules.
Entering this percentage is optional and it will only be used if you want the system to calculate automatically the corresponding severance pay.
Example
You only want the system to calculate 20% of a certain type of severance pay.
