Definition
Law no. 12.506, 11 October 2011, estimates an addition of 3 days by year of service of the employee to the 30 days of notice period.
This field indicates that the system does not consider the employee seniority and does not add days to the 30 days of notice period. Instead, the system considers the value of the field Number of days of notice period, in the view Personnel action relationship employee (V_T7BRT0). If that field is empty, the system considers the value in the characteristic Notice period for termination (BRPRN).
If the field is not selected, the system considers the employee seniority and adds 3 days by year of service to the 30 days of notice period.
