Examples

A company A held 15 employees from January to May. In June it was incorporated by company B (incorporator) where there were already 40 employees since January. There were thus a total of 55 employees after incorporation.

From the abovementioned data, SIAL declaration can be made as follows:

  1. Employer A can antecipate the delivery, relating as usual the 15 employees it held until May. In this case, the proper code should be used when filling in the field regarding dismissal reason
  2. Employer B relates as usual its 40 employees from January to December
  3. Employer B declares separately the information regarding the 15 employees incorporated in June, bearing in mind the proper procedure to fill in the following fields:
  • TN/SRS seal of the incorporator B
  • TN or SRS number of the incorporator B
  • TN or SRS number of company A, flagging the TN/SRS change indicator square and informing the change reason code
  • Date and code of the type of admission in company B.

Dependencies

It is indispensable to update all data regarding the establishment (application in TN/SRS, firm name, address, legal category and economic activity) in the Tax Number (TN) of the Treasury Ministry or in the Specific Registry of the SSNI (SRS).
