Documentation
Definition
Determines whether the report creates a temporary sequential file (TemSe file) of the report output.
Use
You use this function if you want to display or download an XML file of the report output at a later date. If you select the checkbox, the report creates a TemSe file for each organizational unit that the report selects in the reporting period. The TemSe files appear under a separate node on the output screen.
To display and download XML files based on the TemSe files that the report creates, you use the Generate XML Files from TemSe Files (HRULXTV0) report.
Note
If you run the report in dialog mode and do not select this checkbox, you can display and download the XML file on the output screen only.
Dependencies
If you want the report to create a TemSe file, you must enter an XML transformation program in the XML Transformation Program field.
If you run the report in background mode, you do not have to select this checkbox, because in background mode, the report creates TemSe files automatically.
