Definition
You can use this parameter to set the way in which the personal calendar will be generated.
You must take into account field PKGAB in 'Payroll Status' infotype (0003), which indicates the start date from wich the personal calendar should be generated.
The report recognizes and automatically hides final blanks (between PKGAB and the required period for which you wish to generate the personal calendar).

Use
You can use the 'display' option to generate the personal calendar without maintaining the database.
Procedure
Select this checkbox if you want to display only (no maintenance).

Use
If you select the 'maintain differences only' option, the system will maintain the database after generating the calendar, but only for the period starting from the date specified in PKGAB.
Procedure
Select this checkbox if you want to maintain the calendar generated in the database, starting from the date specified in PKGAB.

Use
If you select the 'force maintenance' option, the system will always maintain the database after generating the calendar, even if the data selection period is (partly) before the date specidied in PKGAB.
Procedure
Select this checkbox if you want the calendar generated to be maintained in the database, without conditions.
