Definition
In this field you store an employee's family relationship with the employer.
Maintenance of record types
- For the record types 03 (Notification) and 05 (Notification for temporary employees), you must overwrite the default value 0 (not related) if the employee is related to the employer.
- For the record type 06 (Change in SI-related data), you only need to maintain this field if the family relationship has changed.
Procedure
If the employee is related to the employer, but is not married, enter the value 2 (related) and press Enter. This activates the text field and you can enter the exact type of family relationship.
