Documentation

Definition

Specifies the wage compensation for reduced special payments for semiretirement.

Use

At present, a wage compensation of at least 75% of the original payments is prescribed by law. If the working time during semiretirement is, for example, 50% of full employment, wage compensation must be at least 25%. For special payments resulting from wage compensation, the system generates the technical wage type /T03.

Dependencies

You can define a default value for this field in the feature ATZIT. The lower limit value for a valid field entry is derived from the constant ATSSM, which is the lower limit for Sum of Spec.Pymnts, minus the value in the SR Special Payment field. Negative values are not possible.
