Definition
Specifies the percentage increase in special payments for semiretirement.
Use
An increase in payments during semiretirement by a maximum of 50% of the standard payments is prescribed by law. The total payment amount (standard + wage compensation + increase) must not exceed 100%.
The purpose of the supplementary amount is to ensure that the employee does not suffer any negative consequences (from a social insurance perspective) during semiretirement.
The system generates the technical wage type /T23 for the supplementary amount determined from the special payments.
The lower limit value for Increase in SP is derived from the constant ATSTM, which is the lower limit for Total Sum SP, minus the percentage values entered for SR Special Payment and Wage Comp. for SP.
