Definition
Specifies the percentage share of special payments during semiretirement in comparison to special payments during full employment.
Procedure
If you want special payments to be handled differently than regular payments, make the relevant entries for regular payments before you make the relevant entries for special payments.
Use
This percentage is used to reduce the gross special payments that the employee would receive for full employment.
Dependencies
The default value for this field is defined in the feature ATZIT. The upper and lower limit values for a valid field entry are stored in the following constants: ATSEM for the lower limit and ATSEX for the upper limit.
