IMPORTANT: Codes 3 (Payment in Kind) and 9 (Multiple Payments) are no longer valid.
In this field, you enter the code for payment in kind.
Maintenance for Each Record Type
- In the case of record types 03 (Registration) and 05 (Registration of Occasionally Employed), you only need to maintain this field if it applies to the employee.
- In the case of record type 06 (Change SI-Related Data), you only need to maintain this field if the code has changed.
Procedure
Enter the necessary data in this subtype and choose Enter.
Creation Rules
- In the code for payment in kind, you must specify the code 1 for one or more payments in kind.
- When you enter the code 1 (Payment in Kind), you must also consider the corresponding payment in kind value in the Amount field.
