Definition
Specifies the wage compensation for regular payments during semiretirement.
Example
A wage compensation up to at least 75% of the original regular payments is prescribed by law. If the employee reduces his or her working time to 50%, wage compensation must be at least 25%. If the value in the Wage Comp. for SP field is identical to the value in this field, the system adjusts the value in the Wage Comp. for SP field whenever the value in this field changes.
Use
For regular payments resulting from wage compensation, the system generates the technical wage type /T02.
Dependencies
The default value for this field is stored in the feature ATZIT. The lower limit value for a valid field entry is derived from the constant ATRSM, which is the lower limit for Sum of Reg. Paymts, minus the value in the SR Employment field. Negative values are not possible.
