Documentation
Definition
Specifies the percentage increase in regular payments during semiretirement.
Use
An increase in payments during semiretirement to at least 100% of the standard regular payments is prescribed by law. The total payment amount (standard + wage compensation + increase) must be at least 100%.
The purpose of the supplementary amount is to ensure that the employee does not suffer any negative consequences (from a social insurance perspective) during semiretirement.
The system generates the technical wage type /T22 for the supplementary amount determined from the regular payments.
The lower limit value for Increase in Reg. is derived from the constant ATRTM, which is the lower limit for Total Sum Reg., minus the percentage values entered for SR Employment and Wage Comp. f. Reg..
