Documentation
Definition
Specifies the shortened working time during semiretirement in comparison to the normal working time. If, for example, the employee halves his or her working time, you enter 50% here.
Use
This percentage is used to reduce the regular gross pay that the employee would receive for full employment (see the Basic Pay (0008) infotype). The percentage for reduced regular pay is used as a default value for reduced special payments. If the value in the SR Special Payments field is identical to the value in this field, the system adjusts the value in the SR Special Payments field whenever the value in this field changes.
Dependencies
The default value for this field is stored in the feature ATZIT. The upper and lower limit values for a valid field entry are stored in the following constants: ATREM for the lower limit and ATREX for the upper limit.
