Definition
The status of the search by personnel number.
Use
If you consolidate the data from an ELDA file, the system checks the SI numbers contained in the file. If the system can uniquely assign an SI number to a personnel number, the relevant data record is assigned the status Found Automatically. In the case of data records that contain personnel numbers that cannot be assigned automatically, the status is initially blank. The system changes the status to Added Manually only once you have added the personnel number manually.
