Definition
This traffic light checks the part periods that arise as a result of the overlapping of the Illness Reporting from ELDA A (3248) and Absences (2001) infotypes. The traffic light signalizes whether the absence type of a given absence in infotype 2001 matches the reason for the incapacity to work specified in the illness notification in infotype 3248.
You have specified the absence types and associated reasons for the incapacity to work in the following Customizing activities:
- Define Absence Types for New Absences Added (table T5AE1)
- Define Absence Type in Event of Conflict with Illness Notification (table T5AE2)
The following status details are possible:
- Red: The existing combination of absence type and reason for incapacity to work is not provided for in the abovementioned tables. A red traffic light means that the report has proposed aligning the absence type in infotype 2001 (see Align Absence).
- Green: The system has identified the existing combination of absence type and reason for incapacity to work as matching on the basis of the abovementioned tables.
