Use
This checkbox is active only if infotype 3248 contains an illness notification and a record is entered in or aligned with infotype 2001 in accordance with this illness notification. In these cases, the field is preselected so that you can generally simply copy the selection.
If the checkbox is selected, the system sets the status of the record in the Illness Reporting from ELDA A infotype (3248) to Compared. Furthermore, the system writes the start date of the period specified to the Certified Start field (KBBEG) in the relevant record for the Absences infotype (2001).
An inactive preselected field indicates that an existing illness notification has already been assigned the status Compared.
If you deselect the checkbox, the system deletes the content of the Certified Start field (KBBEG) in the relevant record for infotype 2001. The system also sets the status of the record in infotype 3248 to Initial.
Dependencies
The status in infotype 3248 influences the way in which the part period is displayed during the next comparison process. For more information, see PB03_STATUS_ABG.
For as long as the status is set to Initial, the existing record in infotype 3248 will be overwritten if any changes are made. If the status is Compared or Manual OK, the system creates a new infotype record when any changes are made.
