Definition
This specifies which date type the system uses to set the key date for determining seniority for severance pay.
Use
The system reads the key date from Date Specifications infotype 0041. The key date is stored here as the date type you entered.
If you do not specify a date type, the system uses the last entry date to determine seniority.
