Definition
If you submit a request for a semiretirement subsidy before September 01, 2009, you must make entries in relation to the substitute employee hired to replace the semiretirement worker.
Procedure
If you have already entered the substitute employee data in the system, enter the personnel number of the substitute employee. When you choose Enter, the system reads the missing substitute employee data (for example, the name) from the corresponding infotypes.
If you have not yet entered the substitute employee data in the system, you must enter all required data manually.
