Employment Status of Substitute Employee (Apprentice/Income Above Minimal Income Threshold)
Definition
This is the employment status of the employee hired to replace the person who has entered semiretirement.
Use
If you want to submit a request for a semiretirement subsidy, you must provide information about the employee hired to replace the person who has entered semiretirement. If a 'Social Insurance A' (0044) infotype record already exists for the substitute employee in the period specified, the SI employment status is derived from the contribution group.
