Here you store the cancellation reason

If you have carried out the personnel action Leaving, the system fills this field with the selected reason as a default value. It only matches the SI cancellation reason if you have maintained the reasons for the personnel action in Customizing in accordance with the SI reasons for cancellation. If this is not the case, you must overwrite the default value.

Maintaining each record type

• You must store the reason for cancellation for the record type 04 (Cancellation).
  
• You only store the cancellation reason for the record types 06 (Changes in SI-related data) and 09 (Correction in cancellation) if a correction is necessary.

Dependencies

If the cancellation reason 00 (Other reasons) is entered, you must specify the cancellation reason in the text field.
