Definition
You must enter a registration/deregistration date (ADAT) for each record type.
Maintenance for Each Record Type
- For record type 03 (Registration), you must enter the registration date.
- For record type 04 (Deregistration), you must enter the deregistration date (end of payment entitlement). In the case of a deregistration, the field in the leaving action area is prefilled with data from IT0527 (Payment Upon Leaving A) or IT0751 (Company Pension Plan AT).
- For record type 05 (Registration of Occasionally Employed), you must enter the month in which the person is occasionally employed.
- For record type 06 (Change SI-Related Data), you must enter the validity date for the change.
- For record type 08 (Correct Registration), you must enter the ADAT of the notification to be corrected (old date).
- For record type 09 (Correct Deregistration), you must enter the ADAT of the notification to be corrected (old date).
- For record type 13 (Cancel Registration), you must enter the ADAT of the notification to be canceled.
- For record type 14 (Cancel Deregistration), you must enter the ADAT of the notification to be canceled.
- For record type 15 (Cancel Notification for Person Occasionally Employed), you must enter the ADAT of the notification to be canceled (month specification).
- For record type 16 (Special Payment), you must enter the special payment period.
