The selection program selects the personnel numbers that should be processed in the process model.

Procedure

Examples

SAP provides the following standard selection programs:

  • for regular payroll (PY)
    • H99_SELECT_PERNR (process model with payroll)
  • for the interface toolbox (IT)
    • H99_SELECT_PERNR (process model with payroll)
    • H99_SELECT_PERNR_INTERFACE (process model without payroll)
  • For off-cycle payroll (OC)
    • H99_SELECT_OC_ALL (process model for mass bonus
      accounting at start from HR Process
      Workbench)
    • H99_SELECT_PERNR_MASS_BONUS(process model for mass bonus
      accounting at start from HR Process
      Workbench. In constrast to
      H99_SELECT_OC_ALL, only
      employees with a suitable record in
      infotype 0267 are selected)
