Specifies the number of units the employee is paid at least, even if the length of services was shorter.
Procedure
Examples
An employee works for one and a half year, the Unit/year is 2.00, the minimum number of units is 4.00. The service is counted up to completed quarter, so the employee would be paid 1.50 * 2.00 units = 3.00 units. However, since the minimum number of units is 4.00, he is paid 4.00 units.
