Documentation
Definition
Enter the quota type for simulation in leave booking, which is used if any of the leave codes use future leave or anticipation leave.
Use
The simulation quota type is used to create a record in Absence quotas infotype (2006) in case of future leave and anticipation leave. The quota type specified here should not be generated via report HR TIME: Time Evaluation (RPTIME00), but it should be specified in the deduction sequence for the appropriate absence type.
Procedure
Examples
An employee does not have enough quota to take the desired type of leave. So he can deduct the remaining days from future leave or anticipation leave. However, due to the system response this cannot be the same absence quota type, but must be calculated with a different type. The original type is deducted in the Absence quotas infotype (2006) while the anticipation or future leave, which simulation quota type is specified in this table, is deducted with an amount of 0 and so does not create a record in this infotype.
