Definition

The transfer rule for an absence quota defines the time when accrual is transferred to entitlement. For more flexibility, a transfer rule can be grouped into subgroup rules again, which is done by the flexible key.

For each transfer rule and subgroup, you can assign a transfer frequency rule and characterics for calculation of transfer frequency, for example based on LOS (length of service), anniversary date and so on.
