Definition
The flexible key for accrual transfer is the return value of feature Flexible accrual/entilement transfer rules (13TRF) and is defined in table Flexible Accrual Transfer Rules (check table for 13TRF) (T5QPBS2H). Table Calculation rule for transfer frequency (T5QPBS2I) uses the return value as key for defining accrual transfer frequency.
Example
You want to define a dependence on employee ages for a recreational leave transfer rule:
Employees with age below 30 get an accrual transfer every 3 years.
Employees with age between 30 and 40 get an accrual transfer every 2 years.
Employees with age above 40 get an accrual transfer every year.
Then you can define the flexible keys for this requirement in table T5QPBS2H and specify a decision on ages in feature 13TRF.
