Definition

The flexible rule for termination payment is the return value for feature Return of flexible rules for termination payment calculation (13RIP). In the feature, you can split up the employees into groups to allow different termination payments. The return value is checked in table Termination Payment Rules (check table for feature 13RIP) (T5QPBS4K). It is used in table Termination Payment Rules (T5QPBS4D) as a subrule of the termination payment rule group to define detailed termination payment rules.

Procedure

Examples

You want to make the payment rules dependent on reason for action, age of the employee and length of service. Then you specify these decisions in the feature, define the according flexible rules in table T5QPBS4K and use them as a key in table T5QPBS4D.
