Documentation
Definition
In the termination & redundancy model, you can group the reasons for termination, which are, for example, resignation, dismissal, redundancy, invalidity, or death.
The Termination & Redundancy model is the return value for feature Reasons for Termination & Redundancy (13RDN). In the feature, you can split up the employees into groups to allow different models for the different reasons for action. The return value is checked in table Redundancy Model (check table for feature 13RDN) (T5QPBS4M). It is used in table Termination Payment Type (T5QPBS4B) to define further payment details.
Procedure
Examples
You want to make the payments dependent on employee group, employee subgroup and reason for action. Then you specify these decisions in the feature, define the according models in table T5QPBS4M and use them as a key in table T5QPBS4B.
