Check this Indicator if you want to pro-rate the accrual if there is a change in Part time to Full time or Full time to Part time occurs in the middle of the accrual period.
Example:
For example if the employee has joined in the organisation 11.11.2000. Please follow the scenarios
* 11.11.2000 - 06.03.2001 (Full time)
* 07.03.2001 - 23.09.2001 (Part time at the rate of 25 hours per week)
* 24.09.2001 - 10.11.2001 (Full time)
* Anniversary year starts by 11.11.2000 and the Transfer date is 11.11.2000 and Base entitlment is 9 days per accrual period. Let us assume that our accrual period is Anniversary year.
Full time : 9/365 * 116 + 9/365 * 48 = 4.04384
Part time : 9/365 * 201 = 4.95616
