Definition

Specifies the percentage by which the salary of an employee is increased.

Procedure

On the Ratification Date, the Start Date and the Percentage of Increase for the annual increase of an employee's salary are specified. So when you enter the ratification date, then you also enter the start date, which is the date on which the increase of the salary takes place. You also enter the increase in the employee's salary, which is a percentage of his or her current salary. The Reason Code is always set to 04 (NWC increase).
