Definition
Indicates whether the part-time service is pro-rated. If this field is not selected, the employee gets the full specified salary as if he had worked full-time.
Procedure
Examples
Assuming the example of the F1 help of the Unit/year field. If the employee has worked part-time with the half amount of hours per day for the whole length of his service and this field is not selected, he gets the same amount as the full-time employee, which is 20.50 units. If this field is selected, he only gets the half amount of severance payment, namely 10.25 units.
