Definition
Defines the pay method for a payment type.
Use
The payment formula is defined in table Payment Formula for termination and redundancy (T5QPBS4I).
In table Termination Payment Type (T5QPBS4B), you assign the payment formula to a combination of redundancy model and payment type. This provides the possibility that different employees can be grouped to be paid by different pay methods dependent on the reason of termination.
Together with payment category and payment rule group, the payment formula is a key for table Assignment between payment formula and payment rule group (T5QPBS4C), where you can specify payment details.
