Documentation
Definition
Specifies the minimum number of months an employee has to work per year to be eligible for anticipation of leave.
Use
An employee is entitled to leave every year. Before the leave is transferred from accrual to entitlement, the employee is actually not allowed to take leave. However, for some leave types, he is allowed to anticipate the leave if he has worked already for the specified number of months during the year that starts on the transfer date.
Example
The minimum length of service (LOS) for anticipation is three months, the transfer date is 15.03.2001. Then the employee is not allowed to anticipate leave until 15.06.2001.
