Definition
If the leave loading percentage depends on entitlement of other quotas, then this table can be used (see details in table HR AU PS:Australian Leave Loading (T5QPBS5A).
Example
If an employee has less than 3 days of additional leave, then leave loading percentage is 17.5%. If the employee has got an entitlement of more than or exactly 3 days of addtional leave, then the leave loading percentage is 20%. To fulfil this requirement, create the following records:
- Sequence number 001, minimum days 3, percentage 17.5%
- Sequence number 002, minimum days 999, percentage 20%
Note
If the quota is customized in time unit hours in table T566A, the system will convert this field value, which is captured in days, to hours by using Planned working time infotype (0007).
