Definition

This refers to the minimum number of days of absence taken by the employee within the same pay period to pay out leave loading amount.

The system provides many combinations to handle the check requirement:

Check procedure:

  • Check only based on the primary leave loading absence type
  • Check also consecutive records. For that, you just need to maintain additional absenses types
  • In both cases, you can customize how the system should count the (consecutive) absense periods

Further flexibilty:

  • On company level: If you want to pay leave loading by discarding minimum period check criteria, you just need to put in 0.
  • On employee level: Even if you customize the leave loading payment to be dependent on minimum criteria, you can still force payment for individual employees by using Absence infotype for Australia PS (0573).
