Definition
Specifies the maximum number of years an employee may have worked at most from hire date to be eligible for anticipation of leave.
Use
For some leave types, the employee is entitled to anticipation of leave. However, when he has exceeded a specified number of years, he is no longer allowed to anticipate the leave.
Example
The maximum length of service (LOS) for anticipation is ten years, the employee was hired on 01.06.1991. Then from 01.06.2001 on, the employee is no longer allowed to anticipate leave.
