Definition
Specifies whether the total days of LWOP or only the part that exceeds the threshold value are used for the calculation of moving the anniversary date and reducing the entitlement respectively.
Procedure
Select this field if you want to consider the total days of LWOP.
Examples
The threshold value is set to 10 days; an employee has 21 days of LWOP. If you select this field, the anniversary date is deferred and the entitlement is reduced respectively by the total amount of 21 days. If you do not select this field, only the exceeded 11 days (21 days - 10 days) are considered.
