Definition
Select this field to enable the option for leave without pay (LWOP) in Absence infotype for Australia PS (0573).
Use
If you enter a new leave record in infotype 0573 and there is not enough quota for this leave code, a dialog box appears where you can choose to deduct the leave from different quotas. If this field is not selected, the according option in the dialog box will be disabled so that you cannot use leave without pay quota.
