Definition
Threshold value for LWOP(Leave without Pay)/UNAU(Unauthorised leave).
This field must be specified if the 'Include LWOP' checkbox is not selected. i.e. The length of service(seniority) must be reduced by the period of LWOP/UNAU.
The threshold value given here is applicable only for Length of Service (LOS) more than 10 years.
The threshold value indicates that LWOP/UNAU until what value must be excluded. For instance : If threshold value is specified as 180 days, this means that if employee's LOS >= 10 years all continuous LWOP/UNAU which are < 180 would not be taken into consideration. i.e. these LWOP/UNAU days would not reduce the length of service. Only LWOP/UNAU of >= 180 days would reduce the length of service calculation of the employee.
If however an employee's LOS < 10 years then this threshold value is not considered.
