Option for uploading historic LWOP or UNAL absences before Going Live

If an employee has LWOP or UNAL between the earliest last anniversary date and going live date and these absences should be considered for leave accrual calculation, then this information should be uploaded into I0568. The uploaded information is only used for the leave accrual option for public sector (see V_T559L_PBS).

This action is typically a consulting action during implementation phase.

The preconditions are -

1. an intial I0568 record for each day type that are set in V_T559L_PBS should be created .

2. The LWOP or UNAL should be either available in table T5QPBS2P or infotype 2001 based on the "data source" option chosen.
