Definition
Specifies the kind of impact that takes place in case that the total
LWOP exceeds the Threshold value
Use
Set the value for the impact type you get via the F4 help to specify if
in case of LWOP the anniversary date is moved forward
1. Move anniversary date forward by nos. of LWOP/UNAL days
It will move the anniversary date by the number of LWOP/UNAL days
2. Move anniversary date forward by multiples of threshold
Let us assume the threshold is 30 days. If an employee takes 20
days LWOP in the anniversary year, there is no impact. If an employee
takes 31 days LWOP then the anniversary is deferred by 30 days or
reduced accordingly. If an employee takes 40 days LWOP then the
anniversary is deferred by 30 days or reduced accordingly.
If an employee takes 50 days LWOP then the anniversary is deferred by
30 days or reduced accordingly.
If an employee takes 61 days LWOP then the anniversary is deferred by
60 days or reduced accordingly.
If an employee takes 70 days LWOP then the anniversary is deferred by
60 days or reduced accordingly.
Note:
If the value is blank then by default it will be treated as the
option 1 ("Move anniversary date forward by nos. of LWOP/UNAL days")
